  • Toss the cubbed tofu with the garlic salt and pepper.
  • Fry the tofu in a non-stick skillet with the cooking spray until it is crispy. Flip it around in the pan often until all sides golden-brown.
  • Remove the tofu and add the garlic and ginger. Let cooke for about 2 minutes. Add more cooking spray if the pan is too dry.
  • Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the pan and cook until they are soft, but still have some crunch. You may need to put a cover on the pan to help them steam a little.
  • Add the brown rice and sauces and mix together in the pan.
  • Add the tofu back into the pan and sprinkle with the scallions.
