- 6 ounces any type yogurt
- 1⁄2 banana, chopped
- 10 grapes, halved
- 1⁄4 cup any berries
- 1⁄4 cup favorite cereal
- Take out a bowl and mix all the ingredients. let stand for about 3 minutes, so the cereal absorbs a bit of the yogurt. dont have to do that, but i like to. then relax and enjoy!
Absolutely fab! I used peach soy yogurt, organic bran flakes and blueberries with wild strawberries. together everything added up to a sweetly wonderful breakfast. I licked out my bowl so thoroughly it will barely need to be washed! LOL Thanks for posting!
