  • Place in bowl, mix in the olive oil and the tony checharies.
  • cook in oven at 400 for 35-45 minutes. If not getting crispy edges, broil for the last 3 minutes.
  • When pulled out, squeeze lime juice on the carrots.
  • Mix the turkey and the rotel in a bowl.
  • Shape and grill as you would with beef.
  • Toast the whole wheat bun.
  • Layer from bottom: whole wheat bun bottom, advocado, turkey and the top bun. Eat with sweet potato fries.
