Simple and very easy.
- Mix with Wire Whisk, pour & cook in hot skillet with melted butter until done.
Wow! These were really good!! They were light,fluffy and buttery. My now go to recipe for sure. Who would have thought that something so simple as butter would make such a difference? I did scale it down for 1 since the kids didn't want breakfast. It was easy to do...2 eggs,1/4 cup milk and a pat of butter. Thanks so much for posting! Made for My 3 Chefs '08.
