  1. Add ingredients to bread maker on dough setting.
  2. In a large saucepan, add the sauce ingredients and stir. Cook on medium high heat until boiling, mix well.
  3. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer 15-20 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  4. Once the dough is ready, roll out onto a floured surface and let rise another 15 minutes.
  5. Lightly coat the dough with oil.
  6. Ladle sauce onto dough and spread evenly.
  7. Top with all the fresh mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and add the last 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cook in a 400 degree oven until the edges turn brown.
