  • Mix the first 5 ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  • Add the sugar and beaten eggs.
  • Cook on low until thickened and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Keep in fridge.
  • Serve this with cocktail franks, or cubes of cheese. Great on sandwiches and summer sausage. For a gift idea, put in small jar and make a cheese and sausage basket.

  3. Wonderful flavor. Easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and we served it with italian sausages. Everyone that tried it liked it.
     
  4. I made this as a gift for my MIL and tried some of it at her house. It was wonderful! Sweet with a bit of a bite at the end. (Great on a salami sandwich...). When I made it, it seemed a bit thin for a mustard but once it had been in the fridge for a bit, it thickened up without a problem. I will definately make this one again. Thanks!
