- 3 hot baked potatoes, split lengthwise
- 177.44 ml shredded cheddar cheese or 177.44 ml monterey jack pepper cheese
- 315.37 ml French-fried onions, divided
- 59.14 ml diced green chilis
- 59.14 ml crumbled cooked bacon
- salsa
- sour cream
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Scoop out inside of potatoes leaving a 1/4-inch shell.
- Reserve inside of potatoes for another use.
- Arrange potato halves on baking sheet.
- Top with cheese, 2/3 cup french fried onions, chilies and bacon.
- Bake 15 minutes until heated through and cheese melts.
- Cut each potato half crosswise into thirds.
- Serve topped with salsa, sour cream and remaining french fried onions.

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke)
On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
