Teriyaki Chicken Salad

"I serve this delicious salad arranged on individual plates or in a large rectangular serving dish with the individual ingredients arranged in artful rows atop the lettuce. It will make as much as you want. The time excludes marinating."

directions

  • Marinate chicken tenders in teriyaki sauce(or you can baste them while cooking). You could also use skinless, boneless chicken breasts that have been halved horizontally
  • Tear up lettuce and put on a salad plate.
  • Add a garnish of Chinese noodles, mandarin oranges, alfalfa sprouts arranged in thirds around the plate.
  • Broil or grill the chicken. Slice it on the diagonal.
  • Top the salad with strips of chicken.
  • Serve with raspberry dressing - just add jam to ranch dressing to taste. Or use your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.
