I don't remember where I got this from. I was so happy to find an easy-to-prepare vegan snack though. I love these things, let me know what you think

On taste alone, these were probably only a 4 but due to the ease of changing the serving size, I added an additional star. I only wanted a small snack, so I used 1 TBLS of each item. This was so rich, just that small amount fixed my chocolate craving. I also subbed quick oats for the flour and flax seed for the sunflower seed. I will fix this often when the ugly chocolate craving monster rears its ugly head! Thanks for posting!

After reading several excellent reviews for this recipe, I've been eager to make these for awhile now. I followed the recipe exactly and added 1/4 quick oats... had my hubby try them first, he said they were awful! I tried one... a little too much cocoa taste for me. So, I added coconut... still not very good. I read a few more reviews, determined to like these highly rated snacks! I added a little dark rum and rolled them in powdered sugar... better but still not great. I'm so bummed! I'm going to take them to our dinner party tonight and see what people think. Maybe it's just our taste. ;-)
