  • Steam the green beans for 5 minutes in a small amount of water until just tender. Drain.
  • Combine the beans, onions, flour and salt. Stir in in the yogurt and honey.
  • Turn the mixture into a deep casserole.
  • Cover the top with grated cheese, then spread with the sesame meal.
  • Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes.
