Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 - 2⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 egg

Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple, reserve pineapple chunks)
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Meatballs:
- Mix together Form into balls and bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes – turning half-way through the cooking time to maintain shape.

Sauce:
- Mix together ingredients and boil. Pour over baked meatballs. Then I sort of let them meatballs simmer in the sauce for 10-15 minutes and let 'em sit there for a while after they were cooked. I also added in some pineapple chunks from the can while the meatballs were simmering. Hope you like ‘em! We sure did!
