  1. Blend liquid ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Blend until batter is smooth.
  4. Pour on griddle.
  5. When bubbles appear on top, flip and brown on the other side.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Top with desired toppings. (Whipped cream, fruit, syrup, powdered sugar or fruited yogurt.)(optional).
