Super Quick Banana Nana Nut Muffins

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together well and add chopped walnuts.
  • Place batter in paper lined cupcake tins and fill 3/4 full.
  • Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick.

  2. I am going to make these for bowling league and will put glaze on them love the light muffin taste i like to add chocolate chips to and i use a cream cheese glaze.. Best muffin love it...

  4. These were certainly easy to do. They were, however, a little too "cakey" for me. More like a dessert than a muffin. I added a bit of vanilla and a shake of banana essence. Very good and tasty but would be better as a cake I think.
     
  5. Easy & delicious for a quick morning breakfast!! I omitted the nuts due to personal preference and they turned out great!
