From a local cooking show. This goes together very quickly for a quick dinner. Serve with a salad and rolls.
- Combine first 7 ingredients in sauce pan.
- Heat through.
- Add shrimp.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
As advertised... Easy, quick, and tasty! I used 1/4 tsp cayenne and 1 tsp Tabasco so I could appease milder tastes in the family and it was excellent! My 5 yo finished his plate, which is saying something lately. ;) Thanks SB for sharing! Made for PAC Spring '09.
This is delicious with a bit of blue cheese and very forgiving if you want to adjust to the seasonings to your preference. We think it is perfect with half the amount of salt and cayenne pepper. My DIL never had a dish like this before and she is now getting a plate because it has struck her fancy. Thanks SB for a tasty new family favorite.
