Adapted from my dear friend, Mindy Parker =)
- 3 -4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 (12 ounce) can root beer (Barq's)
- Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred pork and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
