- 3 tomatoes
- 3 -4 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
- Lay out slices on a cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle garlic over top of all the tomatoes.
- Place a leaf of basil on each slice of tomato.
- Set in sun for 2 to 3 hours or until almost dry.
- Place the tomato slices in a blender and puree until smooth; add some olive oil and mix together.
