Stuffed Mushrooms

"Found this recipe last christmas in my mothers old cookbook. Simple and easy, delicious! Mine took a little longer to cook than recommended and I did use a little extra butter and cheese."

  • Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
  • Wipe mushrooms with damp towel until clean. Pat dry. Remove stems, trim caps and finely chop stems.
  • Combine chopped stems, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Mound into mushroom caps. Place into prepared pan. Dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and lightly browned.
