- 16 large fresh mushrooms
- 1⁄2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter
directions
- Grease a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
- Wipe mushrooms with damp towel until clean. Pat dry. Remove stems, trim caps and finely chop stems.
- Combine chopped stems, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Mound into mushroom caps. Place into prepared pan. Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and lightly browned.
