A great strawberry dish served over pound cake. I saw this demoed at a farmer's market and then they gave us the recipe! Yah Prep time does not include chill time.

Directions

  1. De-stem and quarter berries in a bowl. Add the sugar and curacao and mix together slightly. Let sit for 1-2 hours. In a separate bowl mix together the marscarpone cheese and sour cream. Gently fold the cheese mixture into the berries.
  2. Cut a small portion of the cake into a bowl or nice glassware and spoon berry mixture over cake. Garnish with whipped topping and sprinkle of coconut.
