Fresh strawberries make this punch really special.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mash 4 cups berries with 1/2 cup sugar.
  2. Let stand 1 hour.
  3. Force through strainer.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients to chilled punch bowl.
  5. Garnish with berries and serve.
  6. (For large groups, I like to make a batch ahead sans ginger ale, freeze the punch in a ring mold and use that instead of ice cubes. Lemon and orange slices placed at bottom of mold and freeze well).

I'm surprised that there aren't more reviews on this menu. I did make the ice ring with lemon and orange slices... It was beautiful. Next time I will cut the lemon juice to 1/2 cup. Everyone loved it and there were no leftovers. Thanks for a great punch Aroostook.. Lee
