You can use any berries that are in season for this recipe. From River Road Recipes III.
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients in blender and freeze. Serve in sherbert glasses garnished with a sprig of mint or lemon balm.
