Another Halloween experiment that worked nicely. I cook the broccoli until it's as soft as possible, but you can always adjust for taste.

I had some broccoli that i did not know waht to do with...di not feel like the usual "broccoli-and-cheese-sauce"...and then "Karamba!" i found this recipy. Broccoli and Corn! brilliant. I used it as is expect pan-fried (no, I did not use butter - just let it cook until almost dry). replaced the marjoram with veggie sprinkles and once dished up added...white cheese sauce flavoured with some whole grain mustard.Delicious! my hubby asked for more.
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen broccoli, pieces
- 1 cup water (approximately)
- 1 teaspoon marjoram (more or less to taste)
