• 1 cup seasoning salt
• 1⁄2 cup ground pepper
• 1 tablespoon mustard (dry Colman's)
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 tablespoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon dry oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon celery seed
