- 198.44 g cheese-filled egg tortellini, frozen or refrigerate or 236.59 ml tortellini, dried (cheese-filled)
- 1419.54 ml fresh spinach, torn
- 236.59 ml red cabbage, shredded
- 6 slice bacon, crumbled -- cooked and drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 78.78 ml red wine and vinegar salad dressing
directions
- In a large saucepan cook tortellini.
- drain.
- Rinse. Drain.
- In a large salad bowl toss together tortellini, spinach, cabbage, bacon and green onion.
- Cover and chill.
- Just before serving, shake dressing well.
