Spinach Dip

"I actually combined several different Spinach Dip recipes from this website with ingredients that I had on hand for an impromptu BBQ. I whipped it up an hour ahead of time, and everyone loved it. You could probably leave out the green onions if you had to do so."

ingredients

• 1 cup low-fat sour cream
• 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 3 chopped green onions
• 1 cup chopped fresh spinach or 1 package frozen spinach
• 1 packet ranch dressing mix

directions

1. Mix all the above ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
