- 473.18 ml small curd low fat cottage cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- 236.59 ml flour
- 44.37 ml wheat germ
- 473.18 ml firmly packed chopped fresh spinach
- olive oil (for cooking)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
directions
- Mix together the first four ingredients.
- It gets thick and gooyey.
- Add spinach and mix again.
- Pour olive oil in a skillet.
- I use about 2 T.
- Get it hot.
- Fry the patties until golden brown.
