Excellent recipe! I used the full amount of soy sauce. Next time I'll try the lower amount, just to compare. Easy to prepare. Very tasty!

Good flavor in this recipe. I wouldn't recommend cutting this recipe down too much-I cook for one and there was not enough sauce for the cook time. It probably would have worked better had I not cut the sauce down so much. It was getting sticky so I added some chicken broth to the sauce, which helped. I used the lesser amount of LITE soy sauce, low sodium bacon and no salt and it did not need it. I used a hot curry powder and it had a nice flavor. I also didn't use 2 pans to make it. I browned my chop first, removed it from the pan, then made the sauce in that same pan, added the chop back to the pan and continued cooking and it worked well without dirtying the second pan. Will try this again without cutting it down so much. Thanks ellie:)

I made this an I hated it. I cant rate it, because I would have to give it one star, and that would not be fair. We found it very very salty, and we like salty stuff. I think the salty sauce made the meat very dry. I would try soy sauce OR salt, and I would leave out the bacon, which turns into dry little crumbs. We ate this over rice, and I added a huge tablespoon of sour cream to counteract the salt. I thought about not saying anything, but that wouldnt be fair.
