  1. Marinade chicken cubes for 20 min with salt, pepper, wine, sugar, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce and garlic.
  2. Just before cooking, mix cornstarch well.
  3. Stir fry snowpeas in peanut oil for 3 minutes and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry marinated chicken cubes until golden brown.
  5. Add in the pineapple tidbits and the snowpeas and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
  6. Add 2 dashes of sesame oil and serve at once.
