A friend of mine received this recipe from her mother-in-law. My husband asks for it frequently so I double the batch!

  1. Brown beef in oil.
  2. Drain off excess oil.
  3. Mix soup mix, tomatos, water and chili powder.
  4. Cook uncovered 30 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables and cook 45 minutes.

This was good, but for us it wasn't spicy at all. I made this in the crock pot so I did reduce the water to 2 cups and it was just fine. Thanks for posting this. Made for Bargain Basement Tag.
