  1. Combine salt and spices in a small bowl.
  2. In non-stick skillet, heat water, honey, and olive oil over medium heat. Add walnuts and stir to coat.
  3. Sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts and stir. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Cool on parchment paper.
