From Martha Stewart. Make sure you cook them long enough, or bake in oven 10 minutes or so or they will be sticky.
- Combine salt and spices in a small bowl.
- In non-stick skillet, heat water, honey, and olive oil over medium heat. Add walnuts and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts and stir. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Cool on parchment paper.
