Wonderful holiday tea made with tea, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon and spices.

- 15 cups strong tea
- 16 ounces pineapple juice
- 6 ounces orange juice concentrate
- grated cinnamon
- grated clove
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 lemon, juice of
- Add cinnamon and cloves to taste. Combine in a slow cooker or pot, heat and serve Try a little allspice for a variation.
What a delightful tea! It's a great combination of sweet and spicy. I brewed my tea with a couple of whole cloves instead of using grated, otherwise made as specified. This was easy to scale down to 1 serving, which is great for a tea-lover like me because I can enjoy this anytime. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for My 3 Chefs November 2008
