  • Slice white onions, shallots and green onions very thin; mince leek and garlic. Slice cabbage, chop all other vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  • Season all vegetables with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
  • Sauté onions, leeks, shallots and garlic in avocado or basil flavored olive oil.
  • Deglaze sautéed onions with broth. Add in order of what needs to cook the least - last. Tomatoes, green pepper, zucchini, squash, broccoli, cabbage. Add pasta sauce.
  • Add freshly chopped basil and green onions, just before serving.
  • Serve over rice, angel hair or pasta of your choice.
  • Use your judgement when measuring and cooking ingredients; I just started pulling vegetables out of the fridge, seasoned them, threw into a wok; ended up with a fantastic dish.
