- 1 spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Cut off stem of squash and slice in half carefully.
- Scoop out seeds and stringy stuff.
- Coat clean insides with oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Line baking dish with foil and bake cut side up.
- Test for doneness after 40 minutes but do not undercook.
- Scoop the squash out and serve under butter or oil or favorite Italian sauces.
