Spaghetti Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut off stem of squash and slice in half carefully.
  3. Scoop out seeds and stringy stuff.
  4. Coat clean insides with oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Line baking dish with foil and bake cut side up.
  7. Test for doneness after 40 minutes but do not undercook.
  8. Scoop the squash out and serve under butter or oil or favorite Italian sauces.
