- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Add everything else and mix well.
- Bake in oiled waffle iron until nice and brown.
