- Mix cherries with sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and tapioca.
- Might look kind of funny, but that is ok.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
Great Pie. Include about 1/4 tsp of ground cardamon. Cardamon is not just for meats like lamb. It is wonderful in fruit dishes.
This pie is wonderful and easy to make. I've never put cinnamon in a cherry pie before, but this gives it great flavor! I used "My No Roll Pie Crust" which complements its deliciously. Thanks for sharing.
