This is from Cooking Light. Now with the snow peas included with the ingredients! LOL.
- 3 cups snow peas, trimmed (about 8 ounces)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
- Add peas and ginger; saute 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in soy sauce and pepper.
