Brownie Layer
- 88.74 ml flour
- 0.61 ml salt
- 113.39 g semisweet chocolate chips
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 59.14 ml butter
- 28.34 g unsweetened chocolate
- 1 large egg

Cheesecake Layer
- 226.79 g cream cheese (at room temp)
- 1 large egg
- 8 Snickers miniature candy bars (cut up into pieces)
- 78.78 ml sugar
- 59.14 ml crunchy peanut butter
directions
- Brownie Layer: Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and cooled chocolate; mix on low speed.
- Add flour mixture to cholotate mixture, stir by hand until smooth.
- Spread in a greased 8 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees until partially set.
- Remove from oven.
- Cheesecake Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Sprinkle snickers over brownie layer.
- Spread cheesecake layer over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let chill overnight.
