A low-cal, low-fat banana smoothie that tastes just like the one at Smoothie King!
- 1 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt or 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- Pour milk, yogurt and sugar into blender. Add bananas and flax seed. Blend well.
- To add more volume and make it ice cold, add 6 ice cubes and blend some more.
I didn't make this and don't know what it really tastes like but I work for Smoothie King and I can say that except for banana, the ingredients aren't even close to the real thing. I can't imagine it would be a copycat. It still sounds yummy and healthy though.
I really like this smoothie! I make it a lot for breakfast! It tastes very good and its super easy. Thanks!
