Smoked Salmon Pate

"I got this recipe from a good friend, many many years ago. You can stuff this pate in cherry tomatoes, mushrooms or on snow peas for a wonderful presentation"

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 4 ounces salmon (barbecue or smoked)
• 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 green onion, white of
• 2 teaspoons parsley
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients and place in a decorative dish.
2. Chill.
