- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Blitz the salmon in a food processor until smooth.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Chill and serve. For a special look, line a ramekin with smoked salmon, spoon the mousse inside and turn out onto the plate to make a little parcel.
- Serve with lemon wedges and fresh black pepper, with a little dill to garnish.
