This recipe is tried and true. Outstanding on chicken, ribs, pork and vegetables baked or on the grill.

  1. To use on the grill.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, whisk well.
  3. Grill meat on both sides until almost done.
  4. Brush each side liberally with glaze and cook for a few more minutes, remove from grill and enjoy.
  5. To use as a marinade for cooking in oven.
  6. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, whisk well.
  7. Place meat in a 9x13 pan
  8. Pour marinade over meat.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  10. Bake accordingly.

This marinade has real WOW power!!! It was so good I kept dipping my fingers in for another taste test. (: Look at what a glorious color it gives to oven baked chicken (and I didn't even have the 6 hours of marinading time it called for).
