One of my favorite ways took cook pork is with fruit preserves . I hope you enjoy it too.
- 2 lbs boneless pork loin
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup wine or 1⁄3 cup sodium free broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 dash dried red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Plug in your crock pot.
- Place your Tender loin inside the crock pot.
- Add all of your ingredients.
