I found this on another website, but it is the way I have always made my pork tenderloin. So easy and so good. The gravy is amazing over mashed potatoes. You will love the ease of this perfect pork!

I make my own organic onion soup mix which far exceeds anything you can get from a box so this was very flavorful. I also substituted 1/2 cup white wine for half the water. I wanted a one pot meal so I added tri- color carrots, tri-color baby potatoes, onion wedges and rutabagas. Healthful, visually beautiful and delicious!Reply

I used 4.5 lb pork loin roast instead of tenderloin. I trimmed most of the fat off of the loin since it was going in the crock pot I brined the pork for 6 hrs in a simple brine to add flavor because I removed most of the fat and reviews said it was bland without the gravy. Doubled the mushroom soup, left the onion soup mix as it was and omitted the water. 6 hrs on low. Served with pasta but would also be good with rice. Excellent and easy recipe!Reply
