- 425.24 g can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 538.64 g can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 453.59 g can vegetarian baked beans
- 850.48 g can chopped tomatoes and liquid
- 226.79 g can tomato puree
- 236.59 ml beer
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots, diced
- 226.79 g can chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 4 stalk celery, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 29.58 ml chili powder
- 14.79 ml hot pepper sauce
- 14.79 ml cumin
- 8 leaf fresh basil, julienned
- 4.92 ml coarse salt
directions
- In a slow cooker, start by adding all chopped vegetables, then spices and stirring together, add remaining ingredients and cook for two hours or more on high.
