  1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
  2. Sautee peas for about 2 minutes. Add almonds, salt and pepper and stir till evenly mixed.

This was great. I added more than just 2 tablespoons of almonds because they complimented the snow peas well. I also added a little garlic powder. Sugar snap peas also are a great substitution for snow peas. This also works well roasting them in the oven at 400 for like 20 min or so.

This was delicious! I used sesame oil instead of olive oil to give it a hint of asian flavor. The slivered almonds gave it that extra yum! Thanks!
