I got this recipe from my grandma and end up making it for all my friends. It's really simple and you can add whatever extras you want (although I like mine unadulterated). It calls for 1 1/4 hours baking, but keep an eye on it as it should be served very moist.
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and margarine; mix well.
- Add in mashed bananas.
- Bake in greased and floured loaf pan on 325°F for about 1-1/4 hours.
