  • Bring water, tomatoes, and bouillon to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add rice. Cover for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT REMOVE LID!

  1. This was okay, nothing special. I made it pretty much as written: a tiny bit less tomatoes (my can was 14.5 oz.), and a store (Kroger) brand bouillon cube. At 25 minutes, the mixture was still kind of soupy, so I cooked it for the full 30 minutes. Even then, it was still fairly wet, a minus in my book. It tasted pretty mild; I don't know what kind of spices should be added, but something should. Still, it was quick and easy.
     
  2. This is a simple and easy Spanish rice. We used it along side our tacos for lunch. I did cut it in half and used a l/2 can of diced tomatoes with green chilis for some spice. Next time I will add some seasonings for a little more flavor. Thank you! Made for Spring PAC 09.
