This is a recipe similar to most popovers,,it was easy and delicious although I could only get 5 popovers out of it in my popover pan which makes 6,,I forgot to fill the empty cup with some water so there was a lot of smoking and I had to open the oven door which is a big no-no for popovers and I opened it just enough more than twice figuring what did I have to lose if they were ruined anyway,,, but even with all that they were delicious,,,,next time I will either make more batter or use muffin tins,,,

These were good with Creamy Strawberries , I agree with a previous poster that they needed a little bit more flavor if you are going to eat them by themselves. Smothered in Creamy Strawberries they were perfect though! Nice to have a low fat "shortcake" for my strawberries!

Awesome - quick and easy and low cal. I put confectioner's sugar on top and served with strawberries and raspberries. I think I stirred the mixture too much before putting in the pan because some only rose a little bit. I did a half recipe and it only took about 12 minutes. Definitely a keeper.
