This is my own recipe when all the others seemed much to complicated for what I wanted. Yes, it does use Velveeta. I found that real cheese didn't give it the texture or taste that I was looking for.
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced
- Cube Velveeta and dice onion.
- Toss all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
