Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon

- 10 slices bacon
- 20 large fresh basil leaves
- 20 large shrimp, peeled and de-veined, uncooked
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1⁄2 cup finely crumbled goat cheese
directions
- Cut each bacon strip in half widthwise and set aside. Wrap a basil leaf arouond each shrimp and then wrap with a bacon slice, securing with a toothpick. Bake on a foil lined pan at 375* for 14-16 minutes or until the bacon is crisp. Brush with the barbecue sauce and sprinkle with the goat cheese and bake 2-4 minutes longer.
