This sauce tastes similar to one served at a local Japanese restaurant. It can be served with steak but also tastes good as a dip for vegetables or gyoza.
- 1⁄4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (light is fine)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (light is fine)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. It will seem watery at first but thickens up as you mix.
